You may return most new unused items within 30 days of the delivery date. Receipts are required. Most returns are refunded within 7 days after the return has been received and processed. We do not accept returns on head wear or on “final sale” items.

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of receiving the goods. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method using our return portal. You simply send us an email to email@example.com and claim for a return request.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
– Discounted (Final Sale, Flash Sale, Sale) items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
– Returned items must be returned with original tags (if any)
– Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
– Send us an email noticing your return request. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
– We will send you back a free return label which will help you send us back purchase without any return shipping fee. That’s the reason why we require you to notify us first for this special treat.
Each free return label (this is to help you send back a purchase without a return shipping fee) is valid for one order only, please understand that you cannot request multiple times for only one order.
– Print the shipping label that you will receive by email. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not at our discretion. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any gift cards.
